In the Kitchen with Quackalingo

Quackalingos are the first to arrive and the last to leave at any party! While they are not known for their leadership in a group, they are known for their love of lemons, oranges, spiced gum drops and SPAM. Consider these Quackalingo-approved recipes for your next party!
Recipe: Lemon Bark
This super-simple lemon recipe is definitely a party crowd-pleaser. All you need is a 12-ounce bag of white chocolate chips and half a cup of lemon drop candy! Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and add the lemon drops. Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and allow it to cool. Break into pieces and enjoy!
Recipe: Cinnamon Oranges
Quackalingo loves oranges, and we agree that they’re so good; they don’t need much doctoring to be a delicious treat. Peel and slice two sweet oranges (you can also make this with apple slices!), lightly dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.
Recipe: Gumdrop Fudge
Reminiscent of the holidays, gumdrop fudge will have you in sweets-heaven. Combine one bag of white chocolate chips with one jar of marshmallow cream. In a saucepan, combine ¾ cup of unsalted butter, ¾ cup of heavy cream, two cups of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil for five minutes (stirring constantly). Remove from heat and pour over white chocolate/marshmallow mixture. Blend until white chocolate melts. Add 1.5 cups of spiced gumdrops, and pour onto a baking dish. Refrigerate for at least two hours!
Recipe: SPAMalicious™ Fiesta Dip
Make the perfect party dip with SPAM™ Jalepeno, canned diced tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and corn! Serve with tortilla chips, and you’ll be the life of the party!
